These tags are definitely the best you can buy. The brass tags are are of excellent quality and the engraving is deep so does not scratch off. Due to a house move this is my second purchase and the first ones (I have two on my dog) despite being nearly a year old have not worn at all, and this is with the two tags rubbing against each other as well! Will never buy my dog tags anywhere else now.
